This is our bread and butter group training. We cycle through different phases - strength building, hypertrophy, power development. It's structured but not rigid. You'll get stronger, guaranteed, and you'll do it alongside people who actually give a damn about your progress. The group energy here is honestly one of my favorite parts about coaching these sessions.

Sometimes you need that one-on-one attention, you know? Maybe you're coming back from an injury, or you've got specific goals that don't fit into group classes. That's where this comes in. We'll build your program from scratch, adjust as we go, and I'll be there to call you out when you're sandbagging or push you when you're ready for more.
And yeah, nutrition matters. Can't out-train a crap diet - trust me, I've tried. We keep it simple though, no weird restrictions or eating 47 small meals a day. Just real food strategies that actually work with your life.
